Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads, soaked in 1 tablespoon hot water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat butter in a pan and add the soaked saffron threads.
2. Add the rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add the broth and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
5. Season with salt and serve hot.
